Freya partners with brands that create thoughtfully formulated products using intentional ingredients, transparent sourcing, and responsible production practices.
Before Submitting Your Interest Form
Freya partners with brands that prioritize intentional ingredients (free from parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, and artificial dyes), transparent sourcing, and sustainable practices (including low-to-zero-waste production, cruelty-free, plant-based and ethically sourced).
While formal third-party certifications are welcome, they are not required. Our certification process is designed to gain insight into your ingredients, materials, and production practices so we can thoughtfully evaluate alignment with Freya’s standards.
We encourage suppliers to review these qualifications before completing the interest form to determine whether their products are likely to align with our certification criteria.
What to Expect: Freya's Certification Journey
Initial Interest Form
Begin by completing our wholesale intake form. This gives us an overview of your brand, products, ingredients, and practices. Our team reviews each submission carefully and will follow up with next steps.
Freya Certification Process
If your products align with our values, we’ll invite you into our certification process. This step involves a deeper review of ingredients, materials, packaging, and sourcing across the full product lifecycle. We may reach out with questions or requests for additional details to ensure a thoughtful and accurate evaluation.
Certification Decision
Once the review is complete, we’ll share our certification decision. Approved partners move forward with onboarding and wholesale collaboration. If a product isn’t certified at this time, we aim to provide clear, constructive feedback whenever possible and will leave the door open for future partnership.
Certification Refresh
To ensure continued alignment to the Freya Criteria, certifications are refreshed every two years. This allows us to account for product updates and ongoing improvements in sustainability and ethical practices.
