Return Policy

At Freya, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation included.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on most items provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All tags and labels are attached
  • Items were purchased within the last 30 days

Non-Returnable Items

Personal Care & Hygiene Products: We cannot accept returns on personal care items once the protective seal has been opened or broken. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Makeup and cosmetics
  • Deodorant
  • Lip balms and lip care products
  • Skincare serums and creams
  • Sunscreen
  • Other sealed personal care products

This restriction is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Other Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@thefreyashop.com within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label
  4. Ship your item back to us in original packaging
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
